We take our customer satisfaction seriously at the HorseShoe Inn and welcome feedback, good and bad. Whether you email us after your visit (see our Contact Us page), or fill out a card while you are with us, we promise to look at all matters raised.

Response: Apologies, it was a little misleading on the menu, it was suposed to be down as parmesan crisps, not as crackling. Sorry again

(Mr & Mrs Evans had their wedding reception at the Horseshoe eight years ago!)

Response: Ha ha, can’t help with the taxi but I’m sure if you ask nicely Mrs Wiltshire will drive next time!
